that day went for posb run. first aider also nothing to do because no one injured.only give out bottles of water but only some take.compared to newton run. the number of bottles left are quite a lot.newton we give out till not enough but this one we still have plently of it.perhaps it is because that it is the last station.i think so.jieqi went for the run. 8km.good job done.she managed to complete it. saw her running. after that. i ran and jogged back.fun.no cars on the bridge.as if we own the whole road. thats it. bye-bi.
